Gaming Offline is operated by GAMING OFFLINE BY SOLHEIM, a Norwegian business with organisation number 938 532 540.

1. The games

Every game on Gaming Offline is free to play in full, in your web browser. Nothing on the site is locked behind a payment. We may change, update or remove a game at any time.

2. Supporting the site

If you enjoy a game, you can choose to support its developer with a voluntary payment. As a thank-you, supporters get cosmetic extras (such as a supporter badge and extra outfits) in every game, and the option to install the games as offline apps. Supporting once covers all games on the site. This is a tip, not something required to access or fully enjoy any game.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe. Because this is a digital contribution delivered immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

4. Your code

After chipping in you'll get a short code you can use to restore your supporter perks on another device or browser. Please don't share the code publicly.

5. Children

Our games are made for players aged 10 and up. Some games, such as the horror game Hollow Night, have jump scares, sudden loud sounds and frightening scenes and are not suitable for young children. Those games show a content warning before you play. If you are unsure, ask a parent or guardian first.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before making any payment.

6. Your data

Game progress is saved in your own browser (local storage). We do not need an account to play.

Tokens and daily quest progress are stored only in your browser too. There are no accounts, and no personal data is collected for them. Clearing your browser data deletes your tokens.
